Solution Architect – AI & Cyber Innovation at Leidos

Love solving tough problems? Architect the answers. Leidos seeks a Solutions Architect for our Mission Solutions team in the National Security Sector. Shape the technical vision driving innovation for the Intelligence Community, DoD, and mission partners. Design solutions integrating intelligent automation, full-spectrum cyber, AI/ML analytics, modeling, simulations, and secure supply chain logistics.

Primary Responsibilities

• Design and lead technical solutions translating mission requirements into innovative approaches.
• Drive capture success by authoring technical volumes, whitepapers, and RFP responses.
• Integrate emerging technologies like autonomous AI agents and resilient cyber frameworks.
• Influence stakeholders through presentations demonstrating mission value.
• Collaborate across domains to define roadmaps enhancing enterprise capabilities.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM + 8+ years experience (or equivalent).
• Expertise in AI, Cyber, Quantum, Software Engineering, Cloud, or Mission Operations.
• Proven proposal writing and technical communication skills.
• U.S. Citizen with active TS/SCI and Polygraph.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong grasp of Agentic AI, Deep Learning, cloud architectures, and cybersecurity.
• Awareness of leading technology providers.
• Experience advising on legacy system migrations to cloud.
