As Solutions Architect in Scoresby, Victoria, you'll design architectures that protect and advance the Australian way of life, backed by 2000 local experts and global partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead solution architecture across diverse projects, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and strategic goals.
- Architect complex systems spanning infrastructure, applications, and integrations, producing comprehensive documentation.
- Guide cross-functional teams with technical leadership from investigation to delivery phases.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define future capabilities, refine requirements, and drive technical roadmaps.
- Contribute architectural expertise to proposals, ROMs, BOEs, and evaluations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Australian Citizen with active NV-2 AGSVA security clearance (mandatory).
- Strong customer focus, empathy, and prioritization skills.
- Expert problem-solving and continuous improvement leadership.
- Deep knowledge of ITIL V3/V4, Service Delivery, Incident/Problem/Change Management, and QA practices.
- Collaborative team player skilled in conflict resolution and relationship management.
