Leidos Digital Modernization Sector is seeking a skilled NOC Technician III to support the Space Development Agency (SDA) Operations Support Cell at Hill AFB, Ogden, UT. This critical role supports the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Global Operations Center (DGOC), providing 24x7x365 GIG/DISN services to DoD and national security customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor network events, alarms, and failures in real-time using multiple tools.
- Conduct incident correlation, proactive alarm analysis, fault isolation, and root cause identification.
- Create and manage tickets in ServiceNow, notify stakeholders, and ensure service restoration per SLAs.
- Perform network/service restoration, circuit rerouting, and normalization for outages or degradations.
- Provide Tier 1/Tier 2 support, situational awareness, incident escalation, and peer training.
Basic Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship with active Secret clearance (Top Secret eligible).
- DoD-8570 IAT Level 2 (Security+ CE or equivalent).
- 24/7 shift work capability and DISN proficiency (routers, switches, crypto, Cisco, Juniper, etc.).
