Leidos Digital Modernization Sector is seeking a skilled NOC Technician IV for the Space Development Agency (SDA) Operations Support Cell at Hill AFB, UT. Partnering with the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA), you'll deliver 24x7x365 GIG/DISN services to DoD and national security missions in the DISA Global Operations Center (DGOC).
Key Responsibilities
- Create, update, and independently triage tickets in ServiceNow, managing queues for critical technologies.
- Monitor real-time network events and element failures using advanced tools for proactive incident response.
- Perform fault analysis: correlate alarms, isolate root causes, and coordinate corrections across infrastructure.
- Execute service restoration, circuit rerouting within 24 hours, and normalization, documenting in CMDB.
- Provide Tier 1/Tier 2 support, situational awareness notifications, and escalate incidents with detailed reporting.
- Maintain known error databases and collaborate on SOPs, training, and tool enhancements.
Qualifications & Requirements
U.S. citizenship and active Secret clearance (Top Secret eligible) are mandatory. Ideal candidates bring NOC experience in DoD environments, expertise in fault isolation, and familiarity with DISN SLAs.
