Leidos’ NISC IV program is seeking a talented Space Management Interior Designer to support FAA facilities in Oklahoma City, OK. Design and review plans for alterations, modernizations, and expansions to integrate NAS/NEXTGEN systems. Leverage interior design expertise, building codes, ADA, and life safety standards for optimal facility efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients to determine space requirements and design layouts considering multiple alternatives.
  • Perform site inspections, assess furnishings, and create space plan drawings for agency operations.
  • Develop presentations, cost analyses, and phasing plans for executives and stakeholders.
  • Deliver AutoCAD/CAEG expertise for design, construction, and NAS project management at MMAC facilities.
  • Prepare IGCE cost estimates and specifications for furniture including powered panel systems, modular workstations, private offices, powered conference tables, and AV-equipped classroom furniture.
  • Support site plans, as-built validations, facility databases, and move planning.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field with 2+ years experience.
  • Advanced AutoCAD skills for space planning and architectural design.
  • Proven experience in cost estimates and specs for commercial office furnishings.
