Key Responsibilities
- Develop R&D strategies for U.S. Army C5ISR missions.
- Integrate emerging technologies and monitor trends.
- Lead and mentor R&D teams for technical excellence.
- Oversee projects aligned with DoD Cyber Security Strategy.
- Perform testing, analyze data, and provide recommendations.

Basic Qualifications
- 12+ years in requirements analysis, secure design, Cryptographic Modernization (CM1, ACC, CM2), COMSEC, Type 1 devices.
- Bachelor’s in engineering, computer science, or related.
- DoD 8750 certification (Security+ or higher).
- Expertise in TCP/IP, Unix/NT security, government policies.
- Active TS/SCI clearance; U.S. Citizenship required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Heterogeneous networking and standards experience.
- System engineering, software, configuration management.
- Army program support experience.
