Key Responsibilities

  • Leverage technologies and collaborations to identify/qualify new NRO opportunities and adjacent markets.
  • Lead capture plans, win strategies, and teaming for $100M+ pursuits.
  • Execute growth strategies, program reviews, and customer assessments.
  • Build internal/external relationships; conduct market analysis and competitor monitoring.
  • Participate in bid decisions, gate reviews, and cost/pricing strategies.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s + 15+ years experience (or equivalent); 10+ years IC/Defense BD leadership.
  • Demonstrated NRO business growth success; $4B+ pipeline management.
  • $100M+ capture leadership with customer shaping and pricing expertise.
  • TS clearance (NRO eligible); excellent communication; 10-20% travel.
