Join Leidos as a Sr. Contracts Representative

Leidos is seeking an experienced Senior Contracts Representative for our Decision Advantaged Solution Business Area within the National Security Sector. This role supports cutting-edge research, development, and production of technology protecting warfighters and the nation. Reporting to the Contracts Director, you'll manage a diverse contract portfolio in a dynamic, high-stakes environment.

Primary Responsibilities

• Oversee proposal evaluation, contract monitoring, and key negotiations.
• Resolve complex contractual and customer issues, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with Leidos policies while building strong customer relationships.
• Review RFPs to mitigate risks; negotiate Teaming Agreements, NDAs, License Agreements, and OCI Mitigation Plans.
• Collaborate with program teams, finance, and project controls using excellent soft skills.

Candidates must be self-motivated, thrive with limited supervision, and respond promptly to deadlines.

Basic Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance.
• BA/BS + 4-8 years experience; or Master's/JD + 2-6 years.
• Expertise in contract types (T&M, FFP, Cost Plus) and Federal Acquisition Regulations.
• Proven problem-solving with complex data and strong interpersonal skills.

Work Environment
