Join Leidos as a Sr. Contracts Representative

Leidos is seeking an experienced Senior Contracts Representative for our Decision Advantaged Solution Business Area within the National Security Sector. Based in Chantilly, VA, this role offers hybrid flexibility and the chance to support cutting-edge R&D for national defense technologies that protect our warfighters.

Primary Responsibilities

• Provide oversight for proposal evaluation and contract monitoring.
• Lead negotiations and resolve complex contractual and customer issues.
• Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure compliance with Leidos policies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with program teams, finance, and customers.
• Review RFPs to mitigate risks; negotiate Teaming Agreements, NDAs, License Agreements, and OCI Mitigation Plans.

Report directly to the Contracts Director, managing a diverse contract portfolio with limited supervision. Excel in fast-paced environments with excellent soft skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Basic Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance.
• BA/BS + 4-8 years experience; or Master’s/JD + 2-6 years in contracts.
• Deep knowledge of contract types: T&M, FFP, Cost Plus.
• Proven problem-solving with complex data; strong FAR background.
• Superior communication and relationship-building skills.
