Job Summary
Provide mission-critical support in an Agile SAFe environment. Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to maintain, develop, and support IC enterprise products. Automate operations, build deployment/monitoring tools, and resolve issues across dev, test, and production.
Primary Responsibilities
- Support deployments, cloud baselines, and production availability
- Manage full DevOps environment lifecycle
- Define CI/CD processes and best practices
- Codify enterprise DevOps standards
- Script AWS deployments and automations
- Maintain build environments
- Integrate products into DevOps pipeline
Basic Qualifications
- Experience with GitHub, Jira, Confluence, Jenkins, Katalon Studio setup/troubleshooting
- Software development team support experience
- Bachelor's +8 years or Master's +6 years experience
- Active TS/SCI with polygraph required
Preferred Qualifications
- AWS Associate/Professional certifications
- Container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, AWS ECS/ECR)
- Scripting languages (Python, Java, JavaScript, Ruby, PHP, Unix shell)
- Ansible or Puppet experience

- Support software deployments, cloud infrastructure baselines, and production system availability
- Manage, build, configure, administer, operate, and maintain DevOps environment components
- Define enterprise CI/CD processes and best practices
- Codify DevOps best practices across the enterprise
- Develop and maintain scripts for AWS cloud tool deployment and automation
- Script and maintain build environments
- Integrate project team products into DevOps environment
