Leidos is hiring a Senior FOIA Analyst to support a critical Intelligence Community (IC) program for the ODNI in McLean, VA. This role demands an Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance upfront and expertise in handling complex FOIA, Privacy Act (PA), and E.O. 13526 MDR requests.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage public/official requests for classified/sensitive info, including litigation/appeals, with full knowledge of exemptions and processes.
- Coordinate SME reviews, IC equity consultations, and prepare high-quality documents/trackers.
- Develop/deliver training on FOIA/privacy policies for ODNI staff.
- Lead IC collaboration, engage working groups (IMC, Difficult Issues Forum), and author interagency issuances.
- Serve as on-site Team Lead: coordinate contractor tasks, ensure coverage, and maintain SOPs.
- Support OGC, ICIG, OLA, and others for compliance; draft testimony/issue papers; assess strategic gaps.
