Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop manufacturing teams for operational excellence.
- Oversee daily operations to hit production, quality, and delivery targets.
- Craft strategies aligning with business goals, demand forecasting, and capacity planning.
- Champion Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, ISO, and other standards while managing budgets and CAPEX.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Maintenance to resolve issues.
- Analyze KPIs to spot trends, mitigate risks, and seize improvement opportunities.
- Spearhead new product introductions, scale-ups, and process optimizations.
- Cultivate a culture of accountability, safety, teamwork, and innovation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management or related field + 8+ years experience, including managing managers (experience may substitute for degree).
- Expertise in manufacturing processes, planning, and quality systems.
- Track record in continuous improvement and efficiency gains.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and change management skills.
- Analytical problem-solving, decision-making, and communication prowess.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree (MBA or MS in Engineering/Operations).
- Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certification.
- Experience manufacturing x-ray imaging devices.
