Key Responsibilities
- Monitor in-progress background checks initiated by onboarding team.
- Handle adverse findings in credit, criminal, education/employment histories via targeted communications.
- Escalate with vendors like HireRight and manage adjudication timelines.
- Update Leidos HCM (Workday) with verified data and troubleshoot cross-functionally.
- Deliver 'beyond best-in-class' service to new hires, managers, HRBPs, Security, and Workplace Relations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s +2yrs HR experience; Associate’s +4yrs; HS +6yrs in HR/staffing/recruiting.
- Critical thinking, deductive reasoning for multifaceted problems.
- Strong communication, multitasking, policy adherence in fast-paced settings.
- After-hours flexibility and internal/external customer service excellence.
Desired Skills
- Leidos HR knowledge, Workday HCM/ATS, HireRight experience.
- HR Bachelor’s/advanced degree, PHR/SPHR/SHRM certifications.
