Sr. Preventive Maintenance Electrical Technician

Primary Responsibilities
- Execute preventive/corrective maintenance on circuit breakers (LV/MV), switchgear, panels, transformers, and PDUs.
- Perform advanced diagnostics: infrared thermography, insulation testing, breaker coordination.
- Troubleshoot failures in motors, VSDs, UPS, and MCCs.
- Mentor technicians and collaborate cross-functionally.
- Maintain CMMS records and ensure NEC/NFPA/OSHA compliance.
Basic Qualifications
- TS/SCI w/ Poly required
- 7+ years in industrial/critical facility electrical maintenance.
- Expertise with test equipment and electrical schematics.
- Strong independent troubleshooting skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Journeyman/Master Electrician license.
- Medium-voltage and relay experience.
- CMMS proficiency and leadership background.

- Conduct infrared thermography, load analysis, breaker testing
- Troubleshoot complex electrical failures and root causes
- Maintain motors, VSDs, PDUs, UPS, MCCs
- Mentor junior technicians and collaborate with facilities teams
- Ensure compliance with NEC, NFPA, OSHA standards
- Monitor systems and recommend upgrades for reliability
