Leidos is seeking a Senior IT Service Management (ITSM) Problem Manager for the DTRA I3TS program. This critical role focuses on managing and resolving recurring issues in a mission-focused, worldwide-deployed integrated IT system to safeguard operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify recurring incidents through collaboration, data analysis, and daily audits.
  • Perform in-depth root cause analysis using proven methodologies.
  • Drive proactive problem management, coordinating fixes with Change Management.
  • Partner with Incident Management, Engineering, Service Desk, and Tier 2/3 teams.
  • Document problems, solutions, and knowledge base articles for team efficiency.
  • Analyze trends in real-time to preempt escalations and prioritize resolutions.
  • Generate detailed reports for stakeholders and present findings.
  • Mentor staff on ITIL best practices and foster continuous improvement.
  • Prioritize customer impact to enhance service delivery and satisfaction.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree + 8+ years ITSM problem management (experience substitutes for degree).
  • Current ITIL4 Certification.
  • ServiceNow experience, including reporting.
  • Top Secret/SCI Clearance and US Citizenship required.
  • Strong communication, Microsoft Office skills, and problem-solving mindset.
