Core Responsibilities

• Lead software programming with Java, JavaScript, Python, SpringBoot, Hibernate.
• Build testing methods using Junit, Katalon; leverage automated deployments.
• Develop, prototype, deploy cloud solutions using AWS, Azure, Google Cloud services like S3, RDS, EFS.
• Collaborate with teams, Product Owners, Scrum Masters for Agile User Story delivery.
• Drive SAFe Agile lifecycle with GitHub, Jenkins, Bash scripting, JIRA, Confluence.
• Perform PoC, performance, end-to-end testing to align infrastructure with mission needs.
• Innovate with best practices and SOPs for customer technical requirements.

Basic Qualifications

• 8+ years with Bachelor’s or 6+ with Master’s in relevant experience.
• Active TS/SCI with polygraph clearance (required).
• Deep Agile, DevOps, Java/Spring/C2S, SDLC expertise.
• Testing tools (Junit/Katalon), Python/Bash scripting in Agile settings.
• Commercial cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) and data services experience.
• Version control (GitHub) and tracking (JIRA) proficiency.

Preferred Qualifications

• Structured analysis/design methodologies.
• Customer system development policy knowledge.
