Leidos seeks a Senior Solution Architect to lead mission-critical innovations for our Mission Solutions team. Thrive in a dynamic role shaping enterprise-scale solutions across AI/ML, Cybersecurity, Enterprise IT, Biochemical Sciences, Open-Source Intelligence, Data Analytics, Modeling & Simulation, and emerging technologies.

Primary Responsibilities

• Lead technical vision for complex solutions in AI/ML, Agentic AI, Cyber, Cloud, Digital Modernization, and Intelligence Analysis.
• Architect end-to-end designs for ambiguous mission problems, authoring RFPs, whitepapers, and technical specifications.
• Guide cross-disciplinary SME teams to create cohesive, executable architectures.
• Drive proposals with compelling technical narratives aligned to customer missions.
• Engage customers and partners, explaining concepts from high-level strategy to detailed implementations.
• Integrate cutting-edge tech like AI automation, cyber resilience, and advanced analytics into roadmaps.
• Serve as technical authority, influencing strategy and business development.

Basic Qualifications

• 15+ years in computer science, engineering, or STEM with Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience).
• Experience leading government contracts as senior architect.
• TS/SCI with Poly clearance; US citizenship required.
• Proven ability to translate missions into multi-domain architectures and lead proposals.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior lead Solution Architect on winning proposals.
• Experience with supplier partnerships and competitor analysis.
• Record of business growth via technology insertion.
• Expertise in AI/ML, autonomous systems, cloud, cybersecurity, or Quantum domains.
