Staffing Manager Opportunity at Leidos
Leidos is seeking a dynamic Staffing Manager to support a classified program in the Mission Solutions Business Area within our Intel Sector. Embedded in the Program Management Office, you'll lead staffing for a large-scale Intelligence Community (IC) program, collaborating with internal teams, clients, subcontractors, and support personnel to deliver high-impact resource solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement staffing strategies aligned with project timelines and goals.
- Forecast future needs based on pipelines, demands, and growth.
- Manage personnel allocation across projects and monitor utilization.
- Identify staffing gaps, ensure compliance, and resolve complex issues.
- Communicate with stakeholders and analyze data for strategic decisions.
Basic Qualifications
- BA/BS + 8-12 years or Masters + 6-10 years relevant experience (experience may substitute for degree).
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph (required; no other clearances considered).
- IC clearance knowledge, database experience, MS Office proficiency.
- Strong communication, interpersonal skills, multitasking in fast-paced environments.
This role involves identifying candidates, conducting interviews, managing redeployments, facilitating onboarding, and tracking requisitions.
