Key Responsibilities

  • Develop/modify electrical layouts, foundations, conduits, grounding, and control building drawings.
  • Create section/elevation views and complete bills of materials.

Required Qualifications

  • Level 3: HS Diploma + 2+ years substation physical design with CAD (electric utilities).
  • Level 4: HS Diploma + 3+ years experience.

  • Team player with strong analytics, detail orientation, and adaptability to new software.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate Degree in Engineering/Drafting Technology.

  • Review vendor equipment drawings and provide comments
  • Collaborate with civil engineers and project teams
  • Assist in process/procedure development for team efficiency
  • Perform basic engineering calculations and apply client/national standards
