The Decision Advantage Business Area at Leidos seeks an experienced Secret-cleared Systems Administrator to support the Department of the Air Force (DAF) Battle Network and critical infrastructure in our Orlando, FL office. Dive into day-to-day operations and long-term strategic maturation of complex, high-performance systems. Primary Responsibilities
- Operate and support high-performance compute (HPC) clusters, including cluster management, multi-user environments, job scheduling, and networked file systems.
- Diagnose and resolve acute system faults swiftly to maintain mission readiness.
- Manage software deployments, hardware monitoring, and security compliance with STIGs.
- Deliver Tier 1 and Tier 2 support across Domain, System, and Network Administration.
- Interface with user support, multi-functional teams, and stakeholders for seamless communication and optimal user experience.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree + 8 years experience (or Master’s + 6 years; PhD + 4 years; 12 years without degree).
- Active Secret clearance with TS/SCI eligibility; U.S. citizenship required.
- Proficiency in Windows/Linux, file systems, HPC operations, MPI, high-speed networks, parallel file systems, GPUs, and security compliance.
- Excellent communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- IAT Level II certification.
- Red Hat Linux experience.
- Ansible, shell scripting, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
