Key Responsibilities

• Execute all phases of the systems engineering lifecycle from concept through sustainment.
• Produce comprehensive documentation and drawing packages as required.
• Perform Linux (RedHat/CentOS/Rocky) installation, configuration, management, authentication/authorization (FreeIPA/Active Directory).
• Install, configure, and manage STE/STN in connected and disconnected environments.
• Handle GOTS software installation and maintenance.
• Create, read, and modify scripts in bash and python.
• Leverage strong testing and troubleshooting skills.
• Collaborate within a small, mission-focused team interacting with users and customers.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related IT discipline + 6 years relevant systems engineering experience (or 10 years without degree).
• Strong SA experience with Linux systems.
• STE/STN and GOTS software expertise.
• Scripting proficiency (bash/python).
• Active TS/SCI with polygraph required.

Desired Qualifications

• Shared storage solutions familiarity.
• Virtualization/containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Data flow experience.
• Ansible, SALT, Helm Charts, YAML.
• DevOps background.
