Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality systems engineering across the full lifecycle in an agile environment.
- Manage requirements using tools like DOORS to meet sprint milestones.
- Design architecture for real-time, safety-related, and mission-critical systems.
- Collaborate with multi-functional teams including software, test, and management.
- Navigate complex challenges while adhering to schedule and cost constraints.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in requirements management (e.g., DOORS).
- Systems architecture expertise in real-time/safety-critical domains.
- Full lifecycle delivery from concept to deployment.
- Strong communication skills and agile team collaboration.
- Current SC clearance or eligibility to obtain it.
Desired Expertise
- Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence, Crucible).
- Stakeholder engagement and UK ATM knowledge.
- Design tools like Enterprise Architect or Cameo; SNMP protocols.
