Primary Responsibilities

• Develop and review design/integration Courses of Action (COAs), System Specifications, Analysis of Alternatives (AoAs), Risk Management, and Systems Engineering Plans (SEPs).
• Manage project-level technical integration baselines, including hardware-software-network design, development, integration, verification, and validation.
• Perform systems requirements analysis, functional analysis, timeline analysis, trade studies, requirements allocation, interface definition, and technical management.
• Prototype and demonstrate capability/technology explorations, ensuring feature and capability alignment.
• Collaborate with PMO teams using Jira/Confluence to track projects through full lifecycle, impacting operational processes and outcomes.

Basic Qualifications

• Proven expertise in creating/reviewing requirements diagrams, models, and content; implement requirements capture in tool suites.
• Experience documenting complete system/functional baselines aligned with product baselines.
• Technical/engineering background with network systems interoperability knowledge.
• Bachelor’s degree + 4-6 years relevant experience or Master’s + 2-6 years; additional experience may substitute.
• US Citizen with active DoD Secret clearance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Top Secret clearance.
• Routing/switching experience with certifications; Cameo digital engineering.
• Cybersecurity cert (Security+ or similar).
• Full lifecycle automation (design to production).
• Air Force/DoD environment experience.
