Primary Responsibilities

  • Lead technical planning, system design (hardware, software, network), integration, verification, validation, and field deployment of new technologies.
  • Drive the full Electromagnetic (EM) Low Observables (LO) design cycle: concept development, requirements definition, trade studies, detailed engineering, prototyping, and testing.
  • Deliver direct engineering support to customers and end-users, ensuring mission success.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's in Science/Engineering +12 years or Master's +10 years relevant experience.
  • U.S. Citizen with active Secret Clearance (Top Secret eligible).
  • Full lifecycle design experience: concept to testing.
  • Expertise in requirements analysis, verification, traceability, and root cause analysis.
  • Superior communication, independent/teamwork, problem-solving in fast-paced settings.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Physics, Math, or Systems Engineering background; advanced degree preferred.
  • Knowledge of composites, Additive Manufacturing, adhesives, coatings.
  • DOORS or similar tools; team leadership experience.
  • Proficiency in Geometry, Trigonometry, Linear Algebra; CEM familiarity; MS Office.
