Primary Responsibilities

  • Update materials to reflect evolving software, hardware, and procedural changes.
  • Create instructional aids, visuals, handouts, and references.
  • Review content incorporating feedback from trainers, subject matter experts, and government stakeholders.
  • Manage course deployment including version control, formatting, and coordination.
  • Research aviation concepts, system updates, and procedures.
  • Handle administrative and coordination tasks for training programs.

Basic Qualifications

  • Enrollment in aviation-related degree program at accredited institution.
  • Understanding of aviation operations, airspace, and terminology.
  • Attention to detail and structured process adherence.
  • Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • U.S. Citizen; Public Trust clearance eligibility.

Preferred Qualifications

  • FAA systems and procedures familiarity.
  • Instructional design, technical writing, or training development exposure.
  • Technical/procedural documentation review experience.
  • Adaptability to changing requirements and timelines.

  • Assist with course deployment, version control, and release coordination
