GEOAxIS, powered by Leidos under the GxNext contract (2021-2031), delivers mission-critical Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) for NGA GEOINT web applications. Maintain high-availability services across security domains with on-demand access based on user attributes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot incidents and perform root cause analysis.
  • Monitor performance, automate health checks, and remediate issues.
  • Collaborate with partners on enterprise troubleshooting.
  • Analyze trends and enhance operational stability.
  • Support deployments and off-hour critical incidents.

Required Qualifications

  • BS + 4 years or MS + 2 years experience; TS/SCI + Poly eligibility.
  • Expertise in Oracle IdAM, Apache Webgates, CA API Gateway.
  • Scripting in Linux (Shell/Bash); proficiency in Bash/Python/Java/NodeJS.
  • Onsite in Chantilly 5 days/week; US Citizen; Security+ within 60 days.

Preferred Skills

  • Kubernetes (Rancher RKE2/Openshift), containers, DevOps tools (Ansible, ArgoCD, Gitlab).
  • Certifications: RHCSA/RHCE, AWS, CKA/CKAD.
  • Modern auth: SAML, OAuth2, OIDC.

  • Security+ certification within 60 days of hire (experience)
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills (experience)
  • Self-starter able to work independently and in teams (experience)

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and resolve system/operational incidents
  • Perform root cause analysis for operational incidents
  • Analyze system performance and implement corrective actions
  • Coordinate with mission partners and external entities on incidents
  • Design, develop, and implement automated monitoring and remediation solutions
  • Collect data, analyze trends in incidents, and suggest mitigations
  • Collaborate with Ops Tech Lead and Development Lead on stability enhancements
  • Support deployments with deployment and ISP teams
  • Provide off-hour support for high-priority incidents
