Join an elite team at Leidos Defense Sector, supporting USAF Air Combat Command’s (ACC) ISR mission at Cannon AFB, New Mexico. As a Tactical Systems Operator (TSO) Mode Instructor, you'll shape the next generation of 361 ISRG operators through world-class training and cutting-edge technical operations. Active TS/SCI clearance required.

What You’ll Do

• Train and certify in Mode 1, 2, 3 operations per OTT, T&C, NGW-ITOS standards.
• Deliver high-quality initial/recertification courses for mission-ready operators.
• Develop CMCT curriculum and POI-aligned materials reflecting evolving missions.
• Leverage Tactical Systems Emulator (TSE) for realistic scenario development.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with TSO SMEs to integrate operational trends into ACCT training.
• Review/refine TSE scenarios aligned with Syllabus of Instruction.
• Provide NSA-certified ISR/SIGINT instruction for Air Force Cryptologic Operators.
• Monitor certification updates for compliance and mission alignment.
• Liaise between ISRG leadership, squadrons, and Intelligence Community partners.
• Conduct classroom instruction, scenario exercises, and evaluations.
• Develop advanced TTP training for emerging SIGINT technologies.
• Assess new tech/TTPs to inform government SIGINT training decisions.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree + 4-12 years experience (experience may substitute).
• Aircrew SIGINT system operation experience.
• High-value target analysis database support.
• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• TSO mission/Mode certification expertise.
• Independent/teamwork ability; strong communication.
