Leidos seeks a elite Tactical Systems Operator (TSO / 1A8X2) Airborne Cryptologic Certification Training (ACCT) Mode Instructor to empower the 363rd ISRW / 361st ISRG / 25th IS. Located at Hurlburt Field, FL, this role drives certification of Air Force cryptologic operators for high-stakes missions.
Core Mission Impact
Deliver Mode 1–3 ACCT training, execute initial/recurring certifications, and craft Cryptologic Mission Certification Training (CMCT) curriculum. As TSE Aircrew Training Device SME, ensure scenarios mirror real-world SIGINT demands.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide ISR/SIGINT instruction and TSO certification evaluations.
- Build/update CMCT courseware and TSE training scenarios.
- Monitor/implement Mode certification updates.
- Partner with ISRG and Intelligence Community stakeholders.
- Advance TTPs and assess SIGINT tech for training.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s + 4+ years experience (or equivalent).
- Aircrew/SIGINT ops and high-value target analysis expertise.
- TS/SCI clearance; prior A-STG experience.
- Mode Instructor cert (1 Mode); Operator certs (2 Modes); capable in all.
- TSO mission/Mode process mastery; TSE training experience.
- Superior communication; independent/team performer.
