Leidos Homeland is seeking a highly motivated Technical Consultant to support the Airports, Borders and Security FBI portfolio. This role bridges organizational needs with complex software solutions, leveraging expertise to select, implement, and maintain technologies effectively. Identify improvement opportunities, propose cost-efficient solutions, and translate client goals into technical requirements. Note: This position is on a future contract pending award. US citizenship and active TS clearance required.
Primary Responsibilities
- Assess client needs and translate into detailed technical specs.
- Design customized solutions using specific systems/software.
- Oversee implementation, ensuring compatibility.
- Provide hands-on technical support and troubleshooting.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams for deployments.
- Deliver training workshops for client staff.
- Monitor and optimize solution performance.
Basic Qualifications
- BA/BS + 8+ years or Masters + 6+ years relevant experience with major providers.
- R&D or program management on cloud/high-availability environments.
- IaC deployment with Terraform/CloudFormation.
Preferred Qualifications
- IT-related degree.
- SAFe and ITIL experience.
- 4+ years leading teams/projects.

- Deploying/managing IaC with Terraform/CloudFormation (experience)
- Degree in IT-related field (preferred) (experience)
- 4+ years supervising/leading teams/projects (preferred) (experience)
Responsibilities
