Technical Graduate Apprentice – Join Leidos Early Careers Programme
Leidos UK & Europe is a leader in innovative technology solutions for defence, government, safety, security, and transportation. Our 4-year rotational Technical Graduate Apprenticeship combines full-time work with university studies, earning you a BSc (Hons) degree and 4 years of hands-on experience.
Programme Structure
One day per week dedicated to university studies (fully funded), with the rest building expertise across cutting-edge areas: System Engineering & Integration, Automation/DevOps, Cyber Security, Data Science/AI, Cloud Infrastructure/Networking, Software Development, and Testing. Rotations help you discover your passion while contributing to real-world projects in a dynamic, agile environment.
Locations & Work Style
Based in Glasgow, Whiteley, or Farnborough with hybrid working. Office time fosters collaboration, growth, and team connections.

- Passion for technology and eagerness to learn (experience)
Responsibilities
- Study towards a full BSc (Hons) degree one day per week while working full-time
- Rotate through technical areas including systems engineering, DevOps, cyber security, AI, cloud, software development, and testing
- Develop skills in a fast-paced, agile environment contributing to defence, government, and security projects
- Build relationships and collaborate with teams across Leidos capabilities
- Take individual responsibility for career development and progress towards permanent role
