Leidos Digital Modernization Sector seeks a Technical Product Manager to lead lifecycle management of Information Advantage and Cloud/Data Center mission drivers at our Reston, VA headquarters. This role bridges engineering, mission enablement, and product strategy, transforming prototypes into secure, scalable solutions aligned with federal mandates.
Key Responsibilities
- Transform proofs-of-concept into repeatable, commercial-grade AI, data analytics, and cloud solutions.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration for secure architectures and integration of AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, Databricks, and more.
- Develop roadmaps, KPIs, and ensure compliance with NIST AI RMF and federal AI strategies.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and data-driven prioritization.
- Design pricing models, TOC analyses, value propositions, and align with FY budgets and acquisition milestones.
Basic Qualifications
- Master’s in Computer Science/Engineering + 15 years experience (Bachelor’s + equivalent accepted).
- 5-10 years technical product management.
- Federal policy expertise; DoD Secret clearance eligible (US Citizen).

- Collaborate with data science, cloud engineering, and cybersecurity teams to define secure architectures and integrate platforms like AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, and Databricks
- Develop product roadmaps, KPIs, and ensure alignment with federal AI strategies, responsible AI governance, and NIST AI RMF
- Conduct market research, competitive analyses, and user validation to inform product priorities and go-to-market strategies
- Build pricing models, life-cycle costing (TOC), value propositions, and product bundles while aligning with FY budgets and acquisition cycles
