Primary Responsibilities
- Supervise Test Technicians, providing training and support.
- Schedule testing to achieve production/quality targets.
- Execute tests per protocols; review results for compliance.
- Resolve test failures and implement corrections.
- Collaborate across engineering, quality, and production.
- Enforce safety with high-voltage, ESD, FOD protocols.
- Manage test equipment calibration and environmental chambers.
- Generate reports on metrics and performance.
- Lead continuous improvement for efficiency.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in electronics/engineering + 4-8 years, Master’s + 2-6 years, or HS/GED + 10 years experience.
- 8+ years electronic assembly testing.
- Leadership in testing/manufacturing.
- Expertise in oscilloscopes, DMMs, power supplies.
- Computer proficiency for reporting/testing software.
- Ability to interpret schematics/procedures.
- Strong problem-solving/communication skills.
- Safety knowledge for high-voltage components.
- Physical ability: lift 35 lbs, manual dexterity.
- North Alabama resident or relocatable; Secret clearance eligible.
