Conduct forensic accounting and intelligence production by fusing financial data from banking systems, SIGINT, HUMINT, and more to disrupt illicit networks threatening U.S. national security.
Key Responsibilities
- Aggregate and interpret financial data from formal and informal sources.
- Track threat financiers in terrorism, narco-terrorism, and proliferation.
- Employ advanced analytics, visualization, and geospatial tools on large datasets.
- Produce actionable intelligence to detect and deter illicit finance.
- Collaborate across intelligence and law enforcement communities.
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years experience, recent within 2 years.
- Master’s or Bachelor’s +5 years (total 17 years) in related field.
- Active DoD TS/SCI with Polygraph.
Preferred Skills
USCYBERCOM mission knowledge, forensic tools proficiency, and network analysis expertise. Contract contingent upon award.

- Deep familiarity with USCYBERCOM structure and mission (preferred) (experience)
Responsibilities
- Conduct all-source forensic accounting analysis fusing financial and transactional data
- Analyze threat financiers, facilitators, and networks in terrorism, counterdrug, and insurgency
- Integrate data from SIGINT, HUMINT, FISA, DOMEX, Bank Secrecy Act, and banking systems
- Apply statistical, visualization, and geospatial tools to bulk transactional data
- Synthesize findings into actionable intelligence products for decision-makers
- Collaborate with analysts, collectors, law enforcement, and intelligence partners
