Key Responsibilities

• Lead TPS integration for tooling, assembly, testing, and design across multiple programs.
• Design production tooling, components, prototypes, and test assemblies.
• Utilize SolidWorks for 3D models and detailed drawings.
• Conduct structural FEA analysis using Ansys on tooling and flight hardware.
• Maintain engineering records including requirements, BOMs, manufacturing methods, and procedures.
• Support Failure Review Board and Material Review Board activities.
• Travel up to 10% as required and perform related duties.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 4-8 years of applicable experience.
• Proven experience with CAD software, 3D modeling, and hardware assembly in production.
• US Citizen able to obtain Secret Clearance.

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Project management and team leadership.
• SolidWorks proficiency, GD&T, TDP analysis.
• Manufacturing/production environment experience, ideally in AS9100 facilities.
• Strong communication, attention to detail, and performance in high-stress settings.
