Join Leidos' Marketing & Brand Experience (MBX) team as a Traffic Manager in our dynamic Creative Studio. This pivotal role ensures seamless work flow, aligning creative production with business priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Creative Intake, Routing & Prioritization (40%): Lead the intake process by routing requests, assigning tasks based on skills and availability, balancing workloads across levels, and ensuring requests are fully scoped and approved.
Workflow, Capacity & Alignment (30%): Monitor real-time capacity, collaborate with Project Managers and studio leads to sequence work feasibly, and proactively identify risks or bottlenecks.
Tracking, Dashboards & Communication (20%): Leverage Workfront to track progress, update statuses for accurate reporting, and deliver clear updates to stakeholders.
Process Improvement & Standards (10%): Uphold PMO and studio standards, spot efficiency opportunities, and develop reusable processes and templates.
