Job Description
TRANSPORT / IP (TRIP) NOC TECHNICIAN
Join Leidos' Digital Modernization Sector supporting the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Global Operations Center (DGOC). This critical role ensures 24x7x365 GIG/DISN services for DoD and national security customers at Hill AFB, Sunset, UT.
Primary Responsibilities
- Create/update Remedy tickets, triage and manage queues independently.
- Monitor real-time network events and failures using multiple tools.
- Correlate alarms, analyze faults, isolate root causes, and coordinate resolutions.
- Notify contacts for critical incidents and provide global situational awareness.
- Restore services, reroute circuits, and document in CMDB to meet SLAs.
- Escalate incidents, update tickets, and communicate with leadership/customers.
- Train junior controllers, evaluate SOPs/tools, and provide technical advice.
Key Requirements
US Citizenship and active clearance required. Demonstrated networking expertise, Remedy proficiency, and 24/7 sustainment experience essential. Salary range: $65,000 - $75,000 based on qualifications.
