Join Leidos as a TRICARE Beneficiary Services Representative (BSR) in Atsugi, Japan, supporting active-duty military members and families through the TRICARE Overseas Program (TOP) under the Defense Health Agency (DHA). Key Responsibilities

• Process enrollments, disenrollments, portability transfers using DOES and MHS Genesis.
• Update Primary Care Managers (PCMs) individually or in batches per MTF guidelines.
• Deliver expert guidance on TRICARE benefits, resources, enrollment, and claims via in-person, phone support.
• Assist with claims status and conduct briefings for in/out processing, maternity, pre-separation/retirement events.
• Record daily activities, Other Health Insurance (OHI) data; assess/escalate issues while ensuring HIPAA compliance and PHI confidentiality.
• Support remote operations, train new hires, and handle additional duties.

Basic Qualifications

• High School diploma/GED or equivalent.
• U.S. Citizenship; eligible for ADP IT III (Tier 1) clearance.
• 3+ years customer service experience.

Essential Skills

• Strong English communication; proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Effective presenter; tactful interpersonal skills.
• Self-starter with organization, multitasking, attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of TRICARE TOP, DEERS, DOES, MHS Genesis.
• Experience in military healthcare, managed care, medical claims.
• SOFA/Command-sponsored status as dependent/contractor (documentation required for sponsorship post-hire).
