Join Leidos as a TRICARE Beneficiary Services Representative (BSR) in Atsugi, Japan, supporting active-duty military members and families through the TRICARE Overseas Program (TOP) under the Defense Health Agency (DHA). This pipeline role offers rewarding opportunities to deliver essential healthcare enrollment and education services abroad.

Key Responsibilities

• Process enrollments, disenrollments, and portability transfers using DOES and MHS Genesis.
• Update Primary Care Managers (PCMs) following MTF guidelines for individuals and batches.
• Deliver in-person and phone-based guidance on TRICARE benefits, resources, enrollment, and claims.
• Lead briefings for events like in-processing, maternity, pre-separation, and retirement.
• Record daily activities, OHI data, and escalate complex issues while maintaining HIPAA compliance and PHI confidentiality.
• Support remote operations, train new hires, and handle additional duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications

• High School diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
• U.S. Citizenship; eligible for ADP IT III (Tier 1) clearance.
• 3+ years customer service experience.

Essential Skills

• Strong English communication (written/oral); proficient in MS Office Suite.
• Excellent presentation, organizational, and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
• Self-starter capable of independent work.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of TRICARE Overseas, DEERS, DOES, MHS Genesis.
• Experience in military healthcare, managed care, or medical claims.
• SOFA/Command-sponsored status as dependent of Active-Duty, DoD employee, or contractor.
