Join Leidos as a TRICARE Beneficiary Services Representative (BSR) FLOATER and support U.S. military families overseas. This pipeline role for future openings at RAF Lakenheath delivers essential healthcare enrollment and education under the TRICARE Overseas Program (TOP) for the Defense Health Agency (DHA).
Key Responsibilities
- Travel 25-75% to cover sites across the European/African region, including Bahrain, Belgium, Germany, Italy, Spain, and UK.
- Process enrollments, disenrollments, portability transfers, and PCM updates using DOES, MHS Genesis, and DEERS.
- Provide expert guidance on TRICARE benefits, claims, and resources via in-person, phone, and briefings for in-processing, maternity, and retirement events.
- Collect daily activity data, OHI information, and ensure HIPAA-compliant handling of PHI.
- Assess issues, escalate when needed, train new hires, and support remote operations.
Basic Qualifications
- High School diploma/GED or equivalent.
- U.S. Citizen with SOFA/Command-sponsored status as dependent of Active-Duty, DoD employee, or contractor.
- 3+ years customer service; eligible for ADP IT III (Tier 1) clearance.
- Travel readiness 25-75%.
Essential & Preferred Skills
Excel with strong English communication, MS Office proficiency, presentation skills, independence, organization, and detail-orientation. Preferred: TRICARE/TOP familiarity, military healthcare, or MHS Genesis experience.
Compensation & Location
Fixed annual salary: $34,500 USD + $3,000 foreign service premium. Based in Brandon, Suffolk, UK, with regional travel.
