Join Leidos as a TRICARE Beneficiary Services Representative (BSR) FLOATER and support U.S. military families overseas. This pipeline role for future openings delivers essential enrollment and education services under the Defense Health Agency's TRICARE Overseas Program (TOP). Travel 25-75% across the European/Africa region, including Bahrain, Belgium, Germany, Italy, Spain, and the UK, to ensure seamless healthcare access.
Core Responsibilities
- Verify benefits, process enrollments/disenrollments/portability via DOES and MHS Genesis.
- Update Primary Care Managers (PCMs) following MTF protocols.
- Provide expert guidance on TRICARE resources, claims, and enrollment via phone or in-person.
- Lead briefings for key events like in-processing, maternity, and retirement transitions.
- Record daily activities, OHI data, and escalate complex issues while upholding HIPAA and PHI standards.
- Train team members and support remote operations as needed.
Basic Qualifications
- High School diploma/GED.
- U.S. Citizen with SOFA/Command-sponsored status.
- Eligible for ADP IT III (Tier 1) clearance.
- 3+ years customer service.
- Travel readiness 25-75%.
Essential & Preferred Skills
Excel with fluent English, MS Office mastery, presentation skills, and independent multitasking. Preferred: TRICARE/TOP, DEERS, DOES, MHS Genesis experience; military healthcare or claims background.

- Manage Primary Care Manager (PCM) changes per MTF guidelines
- Deliver beneficiary education on benefits, claims, and resources in-person and via phone
- Conduct briefings for in/out processing, maternity, and pre-separation events
- Assist with claims status, data recording, OHI info, and issue escalation
- Maintain HIPAA compliance, PHI confidentiality, and complete required trainings
