Core Responsibilities
- Process enrollments, disenrollments, and portability transfers using DOES and MHS Genesis.
- Update Primary Care Managers (PCMs) following Military Treatment Facility (MTF) protocols.
- Deliver expert guidance on TRICARE benefits, resources, enrollment, and claims via in-person and phone support.
- Provide claims assistance and status updates.
- Lead briefings for key events like in-processing, maternity, and pre-retirement.
- Manage data entry for daily activities and Other Health Insurance (OHI).
- Evaluate issues, escalate complex cases, and uphold HIPAA/PHI confidentiality.
- Support remote operations, train newcomers, and handle additional duties.
Basic Qualifications
- High School diploma/GED.
- U.S. Citizen with SOFA/Command-sponsored status or U.S./Turkey dual citizen.
- ADP IT III (Tier 1) clearance eligibility.
- 3+ years customer service.
Essential & Preferred Skills
Excel with fluent English, Microsoft Office mastery, presentation skills, tactful communication, self-motivation, organization, and detail orientation. Preferred: Associate’s degree, TRICARE/DEERS/DOES/MHS Genesis knowledge, military healthcare or claims experience.
Compensation & Opportunity
