Join Leidos as a TRICARE Beneficiary Services Representative (BSR) at Aviano Air Base, supporting active-duty military and families through the TRICARE Overseas Program (TOP) under the Defense Health Agency (DHA). This pipeline role offers future opportunities to deliver essential healthcare enrollment and education services abroad.

Key Responsibilities

• Process enrollments, disenrollments, and portability transfers using DOES and MHS Genesis.
• Update Primary Care Managers (PCMs) individually or in batches per MTF guidelines.
• Deliver expert guidance on TRICARE benefits, resources, enrollment, and claims via in-person and phone support.
• Lead briefings for in/out processing, maternity, pre-separation, and retirement events.
• Manage data entry for daily activities and Other Health Insurance (OHI), escalate complex issues.
• Maintain strict HIPAA compliance, handle PHI confidentially, and complete required trainings.

Basic Qualifications

• Education/Experience: Bachelor’s OR Associate’s +4 years specialized OR certification +4 years OR HS diploma +8 years.
• U.S. Citizen with SOFA/Command-sponsored status, Missione Visa, Soggiorno permit.
• ADP IT III clearance eligibility (Tier 1).
• 3+ years customer service.

Essential Skills

• Strong English communication, Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Self-starter with multitasking, detail-oriented approach.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of TRICARE TOP, DEERS, DOES, MHS Genesis.
• Experience in military healthcare, managed care, or medical claims.
