Join Leidos as a TRICARE Beneficiary Services Representative (BSR) in Manama, Bahrain, supporting the Defense Health Agency's TRICARE Overseas Program (TOP). This role empowers you to assist active-duty military members and families with essential healthcare enrollment and education services. U.S. citizenship is required; positions are for future pipeline openings.

Key Responsibilities

• Process enrollments, disenrollments, and portability transfers using DOES and MHS Genesis.
• Update Primary Care Managers (PCMs) following Military Treatment Facility guidelines.
• Deliver expert guidance on TRICARE benefits, resources, and claims via in-person and phone support.
• Lead briefings for events like in-processing, maternity, and pre-retirement.
• Manage data entry for daily activities and Other Health Insurance (OHI); escalate complex issues.
• Maintain strict HIPAA compliance and confidentiality for Protected Health Information (PHI).

Basic Qualifications

• High School diploma/GED equivalent.
• 3+ years customer service experience.
• Eligibility for NSA Bahrain ID card and ADP IT III clearance (Tier 1).
• Meet Bahrain-specific entry requirements.

Essential Skills

• Strong English communication (written/oral).
• Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Effective presentation skills and tactful interaction.
• Independent worker with organizational prowess and high attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of TRICARE Overseas, DEERS, DOES, MHS Genesis.
• Experience in U.S. military healthcare, managed care, or medical claims.

Compensation & Opportunity
