Join Leidos as a TRICARE Beneficiary Services Representative (BSR) and support active-duty military members and families overseas. This pipeline role for future openings ensures TRICARE-eligible beneficiaries access essential healthcare via the Defense Health Agency's TRICARE Overseas Program (TOP).
Key Responsibilities
- Process enrollments, disenrollments, and portability transfers using DOES and MHS Genesis.
- Update Primary Care Managers (PCMs) following Military Treatment Facility guidelines.
- Deliver expert guidance on TRICARE benefits, resources, enrollment, and claims via in-person/phone support.
- Lead briefings for events like in/out processing, maternity, and retirement.
- Manage data entry for daily activities and Other Health Insurance (OHI); escalate complex issues.
- Maintain strict HIPAA compliance, handle Protected Health Information (PHI) securely, and complete required trainings.
Basic Qualifications
- High School diploma/GED or equivalent.
- U.S. Citizenship and SOFA/Command-Sponsored status as dependent of Active-Duty, DoD employee, or contractor.
- 3+ years customer service experience; eligible for ADP IT III (Tier 1) clearance.
Essential Skills
- Fluent English; proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong presentation, organizational, and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
- Self-starter capable of independent work.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of TRICARE Overseas, DEERS, DOES, MHS Genesis.
- Experience in military healthcare, managed care, or medical claims.
Compensation & Perks
