Key Responsibilities

• Process enrollments, disenrollments, portability transfers using DOES and MHS Genesis.
• Execute PCM changes following MTF guidelines for individuals and batches.
• Deliver expert guidance on TRICARE benefits, resources, enrollment, and claims via in-person and phone support.
• Assist with claims status and lead briefings for events like in/out-processing, maternity, and retirement.
• Record daily activities, OHI data; assess/escalate issues while upholding HIPAA and PHI confidentiality.
• Train team members, provide remote support, and handle additional duties.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Associate’s degree or certification with relevant experience; High school + 8 years specialized experience.
• U.S. Citizen with SOFA/Command-sponsored status, Missione Visa, Soggiorno permit.
• ADP IT III clearance eligibility; 3+ years customer service.

Essential Skills

• Fluent English communication; MS Office proficiency.
• Strong presentation, organizational, multitasking skills; self-starter mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of TRICARE TOP, DEERS, DOES, MHS Genesis.
• Experience in military healthcare, managed care, or medical claims.
