Join Leidos as a TRICARE Beneficiary Services Representative (BSR) and support active-duty military members and families overseas. This pipeline role for future openings in Wiesbaden delivers essential education and enrollment services under the TRICARE Overseas Program (TOP) for the Defense Health Agency (DHA). Fixed annual salary: $32,000 + $3,500 foreign service premium.

Key Responsibilities

• Process enrollments, disenrollments, portability transfers using DOES and MHS Genesis.
• Update Primary Care Managers (PCMs) following MTF guidelines.
• Deliver customer service and guidance on benefits, claims, resources via phone/in-person.
• Lead briefings for in-processing, maternity, retirement events.
• Manage data entry for daily activities and Other Health Insurance (OHI).
• Escalate complex issues while ensuring HIPAA/PHI compliance.
• Train peers and provide remote support as needed.

Basic Qualifications

• High School diploma/GED.
• U.S. Citizen with SOFA/Command-sponsored status (dependent of Active-Duty, DoD employee/contractor).
• 3+ years customer service.
• Eligible for ADP IT III (Tier 1) clearance.

Essential Skills

• Strong English communication; proficient in MS Office.
• Self-starter with organizational/multitasking prowess.
• Presentation skills and tactful interaction.

Preferred Experience

• Knowledge of TRICARE, DEERS, DOES, MHS Genesis.
• Background in military healthcare, managed care, or medical claims.
