Make a Difference with Leidos TRICARE Team in Kunsan, South Korea

Join Leidos as a TRICARE Beneficiary Services Representative (BSR) and support active-duty military members and families overseas. This role delivers essential education and enrollment services under the TRICARE Overseas Program (TOP) for the Defense Health Agency (DHA). Ideal for self-starters passionate about healthcare access.

Key Responsibilities

• Process enrollments, disenrollments, and portability transfers using DOES and MHS Genesis.
• Update Primary Care Managers (PCMs) following Military Treatment Facility (MTF) protocols.
• Deliver in-person and phone guidance on TRICARE benefits, claims, and resources.
• Lead briefings for in-processing, maternity, pre-separation, and retirement events.
• Record daily activities, Other Health Insurance (OHI) data, and ensure HIPAA-compliant PHI handling.
• Escalate complex issues and train new team members as needed.

Basic Qualifications

• High School diploma/GED or equivalent.
• U.S. Citizenship; eligible for ADP IT III (Tier 1) clearance.
• Eligible for Invited Contractor 700-19 SOFA status in South Korea.
• Proof of U.S. ordinary residency.
• 3+ years customer service experience.

Essential Skills

• Strong English communication; proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
• Excellent presentation, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• High attention to detail; ability to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of TRICARE, DEERS, DOES, MHS Genesis.
• Experience in military healthcare, managed care, or medical claims.
• Current SOFA/Command-sponsored status as military dependent or DoD contractor.
