Join Leidos as a TRICARE Beneficiary Services Representative (BSR) in Landstuhl, supporting active-duty military members and families under the Defense Health Agency (DHA) TRICARE Overseas Program (TOP). Key Responsibilities
- Process enrollments, disenrollments, portability transfers using DOES and MHS Genesis.
- Handle PCM changes following MTF guidelines for individuals and batches.
- Deliver expert guidance on TRICARE benefits, enrollment, claims via in-person/phone support.
- Provide claims assistance and status updates.
- Lead briefings for in-processing, maternity, retirement events.
- Manage data entry for daily activities and OHI into systems.
- Escalate complex issues while maintaining HIPAA/PHI compliance.
- Support remote operations, train staff, and adapt to assigned duties.
Basic Qualifications
- High School diploma/GED.
- U.S. Citizenship and SOFA/Command-Sponsored status.
- ADP IT III clearance eligibility (Tier 1).
- 3+ years customer service.
Essential & Preferred Skills
Excel with strong English communication, MS Office, presentations, tactful interactions, independence, organization, and detail-orientation. Preferred: TRICARE/DEERS/DOES/MHS Genesis knowledge; military healthcare or claims experience.
Compensation & Location
Fixed annual salary: $32,000 + $3,500 foreign service premium. Landstuhl, Germany. Leidos values innovators who challenge norms and drive progress.

- Familiarity with TRICARE Overseas Program, DEERS, DOES, MHS Genesis (preferred) (experience)
- Background in U.S. military healthcare or civilian managed care (preferred) (experience)
Responsibilities
- Verify benefits, process enrollments/disenrollments/portability via DOES and MHS Genesis
- Manage Primary Care Manager (PCM) changes per MTF guidelines
- Provide education on TRICARE resources, benefits, enrollment, and claims in-person/phone
- Assist with claims status updates and basic support
- Conduct briefings for in/out processing, maternity, pre-separation/retirement events
- Record daily activities and Other Health Insurance (OHI) data
- Assess/escalate issues, ensure HIPAA compliance and PHI confidentiality
- Train new team members and provide remote support
