Join Leidos as a TRICARE Beneficiary Services Representative (BSR) in Osan, supporting active-duty military and families through the TRICARE Overseas Program (TOP) under the Defense Health Agency (DHA). Provide essential education, enrollment, and support to ensure beneficiaries access vital healthcare.

Key Responsibilities

• Process enrollments, disenrollments, portability via DOES and MHS Genesis.
• Execute PCM changes following MTF guidelines, including batch updates.
• Deliver customer service and guidance on TRICARE benefits, resources, claims.
• Lead briefings for in-processing, maternity, retirement events.
• Manage data entry for daily activities, OHI; escalate complex issues.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance, PHI confidentiality; complete required trainings.
• Support remote operations, train new hires, handle assigned duties.

Basic Qualifications

• High School diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
• U.S. Citizenship; eligible for ADP IT III (Tier 1) clearance.
• SOFA 700-19 eligibility for South Korea employment.
• Proof of U.S. ordinary residency.
• 3+ years customer service experience.

Essential Skills

• Fluent English; proficient in MS Office suite.
• Strong presentation, communication, organizational skills.
• Independent worker with multitasking prowess and detail orientation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of TRICARE TOP, DEERS, DOES, MHS Genesis.
• Experience in military healthcare, managed care, medical claims.
• SOFA/Command-sponsored status as military dependent/DoD affiliate.
