Join Leidos as a TRICARE Beneficiary Services Representative (BSR) FLOATER and support active-duty military members and families overseas. This role is critical to the TRICARE Overseas Program (TOP) under the Defense Health Agency (DHA), ensuring beneficiaries access essential healthcare services. Ideal for self-starters ready to travel and serve across the Pacific region.
Key Responsibilities
- Travel 25-75% to sites in Guam, Japan, and South Korea for coverage.
- Handle enrollments, disenrollments, portability, and PCM updates via DOES and MHS Genesis.
- Deliver customer service, benefits education, claims assistance in-person and remotely.
- Lead briefings on in-processing, maternity, pre-separation, and retirement.
- Maintain accurate data records, OHI info, and comply with HIPAA/PHI protocols.
- Escalate issues, train staff, and perform ad-hoc duties.
Basic Qualifications
- High School diploma/GED; U.S. Citizenship required.
- ADP IT III clearance and SOFA 700-19 eligibility for South Korea.
- Proof of U.S. ordinary residency; 3+ years customer service.
- Travel willingness; fluent English communication.
Essential & Preferred Skills
Excel in MS Office, presentations, multitasking, and independent work. Preferred: TRICARE/DEERS/DOES experience, military healthcare background, or SOFA/Command-sponsored status.
Important Notes
This is for future pipeline openings. Fixed salary: $34,500 USD annually (non-negotiable). Candidates cover all relocation costs; SOFA obtained post-hire. No reimbursements for housing or living expenses.

- Travel to multi-sites (Guam, Japan, South Korea) for coverage as needed
- Process TRICARE enrollments, disenrollments, portability transfers, and PCM changes
- Provide in-person and phone education on benefits, claims, and resources
- Conduct briefings for in/out processing, maternity, and retirement events
- Manage data entry for daily activities and Other Health Insurance (OHI)
- Ensure HIPAA compliance, confidentiality, and timely training completion
- Escalate complex issues and support team training
